ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. All Bundle/closure orders are preorders. processing time is 7 business days.  Sales/promotions, processing times may take up to 10-15 business days.  Processing times for custom wigs can take up to 12-18 business days. Each wig has a listed processing time under the description.

SHIPPING

Your Royal Tresses Luxury Hair Collection ships orders using United States Postal Service.  After processing, all order will be shipped out in 2-3 business days. Our Shipping days are MON< WED<FRI.

• Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete.

• All hair is preordered! Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.

• Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control. Please contact USPS for further details once you receive a tracking number.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no refunds or exchanges.
